When someone cheers bits in chat, show a visual alert on the Pokemon overlay and read the message with TTS. Music requests (same bit amount) are never read aloud.
Fires when someone follows the channel. TTS reads "username just followed!"
Fires when someone subscribes for the first time. TTS reads "username just subscribed!"
Fires when someone resubscribes with a message. TTS reads "username resubscribed for N months! [their message]"
